Experienced, hard-working leader with a demonstrated history in the healthcare information technology and services industry. Zack founded Weller with the concept of putting the client first, listening to their needs and succeeding together.
Kyle Johnston, Co-Founder & President
With a decade of client facing sales experience, Kyle leads the Sales Department and assists with the overall direction of Weller. His focus is the HIM & Coding service line, carrying the responsibility of staffing the best candidates across the nation.
Hailey Lugo, CCS, Manager of Facility Coding Services
Over a decade in the healthcare industry, Hailey brings a vast amount of knowledge into her leadership style. Her focus is on the coding team and the impact they bring to the revenue cycle. She has experience across several fields of coding including inpatient, outpatient, rehab, telehealth, and auditing; demonstrating a level of confidence that will ensure the success of any project.
Andie Zurbrick, CPC, CPCO, CDEO, CPMA, CRC, Manager of Risk Adjustment Coding Quality
Two decades within the coding industry, Andie has been a Coder, Auditor, Trainer, Educator, Lead, Manager and VP. Specializing in HCC Risk Adjustment and having worked at some of the nations top insurers, she brings valuable knowledge to our team of coders. Helping to ensure our team's success.
