Weller’s team has been providing healthcare professionals since 2009, with experience in both short and long-term projects. During that time, we’ve developed a full-cycle vetting process that is both proven and effective for our clients, ensuring a knowledgeable, cohesive team that’s dedicated to the client for the entirety of your project. We stand by our quality because every candidate is thoroughly screened for specific variables, like etiquette, personality, communication, system knowledge and recent work experience.
Our expert consultants are preemptively screened and assessed not just on their knowledge, but we further evaluate a candidate’s ability to follow the client’s project management discipline and tools already being used by the client’s internal staff.
Evaluation Criteria
Technical Skills – After speaking with a recruiter, the candidates are assessed for system and skill set knowledge by our SMEs. In most instances, the candidate is also tested via Weller's web-based testing platform.
Professional Skills – Weller knows that talent alone doesn't always mean an excellent resource. This is why every consultant is screened for their professionalism, communication, work ethic and overall experience in helping clients.
