CODING

• Our internal database is full of thousands of experienced coders across multiple specialties

• We rank all coders who previously worked for us. The criteria is based on client feedback, accuracy scores, production per hour, communication, and commitment 

• Each new coder must pass a credential check, internal interview and coding test, before starting any project

• Once on a project, we assign a Weller Coding Project Manager to join the training and system access process. You have the option to let us handle the training for our coders and setup everyone’s access so that you don’t have to

• For the duration of any project, our Coding Project Manager is available to manage the day-to-day questions of any coders so that burden is taken away from your own managers, leads or supervisors

• We can also perform ongoing quality audits and weekly productivity checks. This ensures we keep up with QA on our side, catching any errors that might happen 

• If a coder doesn't meet QA requirements, we put them on a CAP, working to correct the errors in a timely manner
